Step one: Call, e-mail or fill out a quick form for quote. You clearly mention your itinerary while you take an enquiry. Our customer executives are ready to inform you about availability and price. They will explain the entire procedure.
Step two: You will get a "quote" from us via e-mail. This consists of all particulars based on your enquiry, and the rate for your requested service. (On receiving the details, you must carefully check it to make sure that it has all the details, because this will be the information we will use to schedule your day of service) A quote will hold for one week pending receipt of your deposit. If you do not pay the deposit, the quote will be automatically cancelled.
Step three: You will receive a confirmation email of your requested service information within 48 hrs of deposit payment or estimated total balance payment pay.
Step four: You will receive a confirmation via e-mail of your service requested and receipt of your payment, any balance of your payment is due one week prior to service date.
Quotations are valid for a maximum of 30 days from your initial enquiry.
No there will not be any additional charges for the bus rental in Dubai. We are sending our quote for a Luxury bus rental all inclusive only. There is no hidden charges.

Yes. We have special corporate service, chauffeured affiliates, travel agencies and non-profit organization.
We will pick you and your team on time as per your request. "On Time" includes a 20 minute grace period that we permit for unexpected traffic and safety. We also enquire that you be ready for a pick up 15 minutes prior to your reservation. Safety and on time is most important for us!
First 15 minutes (extra hours) is absolutely free, but charges will be there for additional hour or waiting time and it will be the charges of vehicle rate per hour or per flat rate agreed. Once the first 15 minutes has elapsed, there will be an extra charge on increments of per hour or per flat rate agreed, waiting time begins from the instant the vehicle reaches your destination as scheduled.
We have different sized coaches. You can select them as per your team size. All our vehicles are fitted with seatbelts and all comply with safety standards.
Yes, all of our vehicles have DVD entertainment packages and microphones on board. If you want to play your own DVD's, it's also permitted.
The full cost will be incurred for any cancellation within 48 hours prior to your journey.
There will be an AED 200 charge for cleaning the coach.

Green Route Leisure affiliates will not be liable for lost baggage since it is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding and it is under the responsibility of the passenger. If you trust that you missed something on the coach, just give us a call and let us know what you have lost and we will make an effort to find it for you.
We allow only guide dogs and hearing dogs onboard; Pets must be in a pet carrier. If the pet carrier is small enough to be carried on the passengers lap it will count as a carry-on, as for larger pets it will count as 2 bags and must be in a pet carrier. Please inform us if this is the case. We can understand there may be some special situations, contact us prior to your journey to take our permission.
Its quite simple. As all you know two trips are not exactly the same because people and their needs are all different. It means that the price offered to them is best calculated individually and customized to their needs. We strongly believe that this method of calculating personalized prices - rather than relying on a price list - gives our customers quotes tailored accurately to their travelling needs. Our pricing system depends on a number of factors including: length of hire, capacity of coach, features required on the coach ( DVD etc), availability and time of day. In spite of promising you the highest quality of service we still always try to be competitive with our quotes.
Sorry. None of our coaches are set with wheelchair lifts. Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and any other medical aid sufficiently small to be transported in the Carrier's vehicle will be accepted as baggage. Please contact us to discuss about your passengers' requirements before your booking confirmation with us and we will do everything in the best way.
As per our Terms & Conditions, consumption of Alcohol/ Food and smoking is not allowed while on board.
We need to keep our coaches clean and tidy at all times. With this motivation, we request that food (except confectionery) drink and smoke is not consumed on the vehicle without prior permission of the Company, unless on a vehicle fitted expressly for that purpose. Smoking (including E-lights) is not permitted on the vehicle at any time. No alcohol will be permitted in the traveler's area of the vehicle at any time.
The majority of our coaches will have large under floor luggage lockers available for your use. We permit 2 pieces of checked baggage and one personal-type pieces for each passenger. Checked baggage consists of most commercially available luggage and reasonable sized boxes. We recommend, all of our customers to contact their airline to collect precise details about the changes in baggage regulations. Golf bags are considered as two pieces of luggage. All baggage must be visibly marked with the name and permanent address of the traveler. Large crates and/or trunks will not be accepted as baggage and will not be transported. Please note that you are not allowed to carry bulky luggage in the aisle of the coach or on passenger seats this is because for your own safety.
Our executives will be in Airport to welcome the guest and he will lead you to our coach pick up point. It is common practice for coaches to be in the airport coach park prior to advice that, having cleared all formalities, your entire group is ready to board the coach.
